NICL holds the exam online at the venue that the call letter names. It does not entertain any request to change the center, venue, date or session. The center you chose in the form is final. NICL keeps the right to cancel a center and to add other centers. It can also allot you to a center other than the one you chose. If too few candidates pick a center, NICL can move them to an adjacent center. If a center has too many candidates, NICL can move some of them to another center.
