How do you download the NICL AO admit card 2026?

1. Open the Recruitment section of the NICL website.
2. Click the link for the Phase I call letter.
3. Enter your registration number or roll number.
4. Enter your password or date of birth.
5. Download the call letter and print it.
6. Paste a recent, recognizable photograph on the call letter.

Use the same photograph that you gave at registration, if you can. Keep your email ID and mobile number active. The company sends notices only to these contacts and is not responsible if a notice does not reach you.

Which documents must you bring with the call letter?

The company does not admit a candidate without all three documents:

• The valid call letter for the date and session of the exam.
• The original photo ID with the same name and details as on the call letter or application form.
• A photocopy of that photo ID.

Which photo ID does NICL accept?

NICL accepts these IDs. The ID must be currently valid.

• PAN card.
• Passport.
• Permanent driving licence.
• Voter’s card.
• Bank passbook with a photograph.
• Photo ID from a Gazetted Officer on an official letterhead, with a photograph.
• Photo ID from a People’s Representative on an official letterhead, with a photograph.
• Valid recent ID card from a recognized college or university.
• Aadhaar card or e-Aadhaar with a photograph.
• Employee ID.
• Bar Council identity card with a photograph.

NICL does not accept a ration card or a learner’s driving licence.

What if your name differs on the ID?

The name on the call letter must match the name on the photo ID exactly. If the names differ, the company does not allow the candidate to take the exam. A female candidate who changed her name after marriage must note this rule.

A candidate who changed a name can show one original document. It can be a Gazette notification, a marriage certificate, or an affidavit.

Why does your signature matter?

The signature on the call letter and the attendance sheet must match the signature that you uploaded. A mismatch leads to disqualification. Do not sign in capital letters. Keep the same signature in all later documents.
