NCRTC Supervisor Electronics apply online: steps
Follow these steps from Vacancy Notice No. 32/2026:
- Go to ncrtc.in and click the link “Career”.
- Open the notice titled “Click here for Vacancy Notice No. 32/2026”.
- Read the notice to check eligibility and age rules.
- Register on the portal.
- Save the application number, login ID, and password. NCRTC sends them to your email and mobile number.
- Fill in age, personal, and education details in the online form.
- Upload the photo, signature, and certificates.
- Preview the form, then submit it.
- Pay the fee on the payment gateway.
- Download the payment acknowledgment for later use.
Registration alone does not make a candidate eligible for the CBT. NCRTC does not accept an application until the payment succeeds. The notice asks candidates to submit at least two days before the last date, to avoid payment failures.

A candidate must have a valid personal email ID and mobile number. Both must stay active during the recruitment. A candidate must not share the email ID with another person. NCRTC does not accept a request to change the address, email ID, or mobile number.

A candidate pays by credit card, debit card, or net banking. NCRTC does not refund the fee under any circumstances. Check the eligibility rules before you pay.
Other rules for applicants
- A candidate must choose five cities as test center preferences in the form. NCRTC does not allow a change later.
- If a candidate submits more than one application for the same post, NCRTC counts only the latest one.
- A candidate who applies for more than one post must pay the fee for each post.
