NCRTC Supervisor (Operations) 2026 application fee

The fee depends on the category. The table shows the amount.

• The fee is not refundable under any circumstance.
• A candidate pays the fee for each post separately.
• The payment modes are credit card, debit card, and net banking.
• After a successful payment, the system creates a payment acknowledgment. It shows the application number, transaction ID, name, category, fee, and post.

How did candidates apply online step by step?

1. Go to www.ncrtc.in and click the link “Career”.
2. Open the link “Click here for Vacancy Notice No. 32/2026”.
3. Read the notice to check the eligibility and the age criteria.
4. Register first. The system sends the login ID and password by email and mobile.
5. Fill in the online form with age, personal details, and education.
6. Upload the photo, the signature, and the certificates.
7. Preview the form. A candidate can edit the form only before final submission.
8. Pay the fee on the payment gateway.
9. Download the payment acknowledgment for future communication.

What documents and photo sizes did the form need?

The form needed scanned copies of the files in the table. A candidate also needed a valid personal email address and a valid mobile number. Both had to stay active during the recruitment.

NCRTC asks candidates to keep spare copies of the same photo for later use. NCRTC needs no hard copy of the uploaded documents.

Which rules can reject an application?

• Registration alone does not make a candidate eligible. NCRTC accepts an application only after a successful payment.
• If a candidate files many applications for one post, NCRTC counts only the latest one.
• A candidate cannot edit the form after final submission.
• NCRTC does not change a mailing address, an email address, or a mobile number.
