NICL AO IT Admit Card 2026: Download Steps and Login

The NICL AO IT admit card 2026 is the call letter for the Phase I exam on 17 November 2026. NICL provides it in the recruitment section of its website. A candidate logs in with a registration number or roll number and a password or date of birth.

How to download the NICL AO IT admit card

1. Open the NICL website.
2. Go to the Recruitment section.
3. Click the link to download the call letter for Phase I.
4. Enter your registration number or roll number.
5. Enter your password or date of birth.
6. Download the call letter and print it.

NICL also sends an alert by email and SMS when the link goes live. NICL sends it to the email ID and the mobile number in your application. The company is not responsible if the alert does not reach you. Keep both contacts active and check the recruitment page often.

What must you do with the call letter?

The call letter states your exam venue, date, session, and reporting time. Check each detail as soon as you download it. NICL does not accept a request to change the date, the time, the venue, or the session.

Stick a recent, recognizable photograph on the call letter. Use the same photograph as in your application if you can. You must also sign the call letter. Your signature on the call letter and on the attendance sheet must match the signature you uploaded. NICL disqualifies a candidate whose signatures do not match.

Keep the same appearance until the process ends. NICL may disqualify a candidate if the photograph at a stage does not match, or if there is doubt about identity.

Why must your name match your ID?

The name on the call letter must match the name on your photo ID exactly. A female candidate who changed her first, middle, or last name after marriage must take special care. If the names differ, NICL does not allow the candidate to take the exam.

A candidate who changed a name must bring one of these in original:

• The Gazette notification.
• The marriage certificate.
• An affidavit.

What else must you know about the call letter?

Admission to the online test is provisional. NICL admits candidates without a check of age, qualification, or category documents. A call letter does not mean that NICL cleared your candidature.
