Which documents do you need at the interview?

  • The admit card or interview call letter, and one original photo ID with one photocopy
  • For OBC candidates, a latest non-creamy layer certificate not older than 6 months, in the Government of India format

SPMCIL does not reimburse travel fare for the online test. An outstation candidate outside Delhi-NCR gets train fare both ways by 3-tier AC from the nearest station. This applies if SPMCIL shortlists the candidate for document verification and the interview and the documents are in order.

What happens after selection?

SPMCIL may post a selected candidate to any unit or to the Corporate Office. New recruits must sign a bond of ₹3,00,000 for a minimum of 3 years of service. See the notification page for the bond rule.
