NCRTC Supervisor Civil apply online 2026 step by step

Follow these steps in order:

  1. Go to www.ncrtc.in and click the link “Career”.
  2. For post code D05, open the notice titled “Click here for Vacancy Notice No. 32/2026”.
  3. For post code C08, open the notice titled “Click here for Vacancy Notice No. 33/2026”.
  4. Read the notice to check the eligibility and the age rules.
  5. Register with a valid personal email ID and a valid mobile number.
  6. Note the application number, the login ID, and the password. NCRTC sends the login ID and password to your email and mobile number.
  7. Log in and fill in the form with your age, personal, and education details.
  8. Upload the scanned photo, the signature, and your certificates.
  9. Preview the form. Correct any error before you submit.
  10. Submit the form. NCRTC then sends you to the payment gateway.
  11. Pay the fee by credit card, debit card, or net banking.
  12. Download the payment acknowledgment and keep it for future contact.

NCRTC does not ask for hard copies of the uploaded documents. Use a personal email ID that no other person can read. Keep the email ID and the mobile number active during the whole recruitment process.

Keep several copies of the same photograph for later use. The category certificates cover OBC (NCL), SC, ST, EWS, and ex-servicemen candidates.

Rules that affect your application

  • Submit only one application for each post. If you submit more than one for the same post, NCRTC considers only the latest.
  • NCRTC does not change a mailing address, email address, or mobile number under any circumstances.
  • The CBT for several posts may take place at the same date and time. You can appear in the CBT for one post only.
  • Canvassing in any form disqualifies a candidate.
  • A registration alone does not make you eligible to sit the exam. NCRTC checks your eligibility again with the original documents.

No. You could edit the form at any stage before final submission. After you submit it, you cannot edit it. NCRTC advised candidates to preview the form before submission. NCRTC also does not change an email address, mobile number, or mailing address.
Can I apply for both D05 and C08?
Yes. You could apply for more than one post and pay the fee for each post separately. NCRTC may hold the CBT for several posts at the same time. You can appear in the CBT for one post only.
Can I apply on any website other than www.ncrtc.in?
No. NCRTC states that candidates must apply only through www.ncrtc.in. NCRTC has not authorized any other agency, vendor, or website to publish the advertisement or the application form, or to issue admit cards.
