The NCRTC Supervisor Mechanical application 2026 had one route: the online form at www.ncrtc.in. The application window ran from 10 September 2026 to 9 October 2026 (23:55 hrs). NCRTC Supervisor Mechanical application 2026: steps to apply

Follow these steps in order.

1. Go to www.ncrtc.in and click the Career link.
2. Open the link Click here for Vacancy Notice 32/2026.
3. Read the notice to check eligibility and age.
4. Register first. NCRTC sends the application number or login ID and a password to your email and mobile number.
5. Log in and fill the form with your age, personal, and education details.
6. Upload scanned copies of your photo, signature, and certificates.
7. Preview the form and fix any error. You cannot edit the form after final submission.
8. Pay the fee online with a credit card, debit card, or net banking.
9. Download the payment acknowledgment. It shows your application number, transaction ID, name, category, fee, and post.

Registration alone does not make you eligible for the CBT. NCRTC does not accept an application until the payment succeeds. You can print the application form for your records. NCRTC needs no hard copy of any document.

Photo, signature, and certificate rules

Keep extra copies of the same photo for later use. A file outside these sizes does not meet the form rule. Check each file size before you upload it.

Fee for Supervisor-I (Mechanical)

Unreserved (UR), Other Backward Class Non-Creamy Layer (OBC (NCL)), Economically Weaker Section (EWS), and ex-servicemen candidates pay the fee. SC, ST, and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) candidates pay nothing.

A candidate who applies for more than one post pays the fee for each post. NCRTC does not refund the fee under any circumstances. Check your eligibility and the closing date before you pay.

Rules for the online form

• Use a valid personal email ID and mobile number. Keep both active during the whole process.
• NCRTC does not change the mailing address, email address, or mobile number after submission.
• Give a preference for five test cities. NCRTC allows no change later.
• Submit one application for each post. If you submit more than one for a post, NCRTC counts only the latest.
• Pick one post for the CBT. NCRTC may hold the CBT for several posts at the same time.
• Give correct details. NCRTC cancels the candidature of a candidate who gives false information.
